The Gryphon School is a thriving Church of England school at the heart of the Sherborne community.

Our vision is for every member of our community to “experience life in all its fullness”, enabling all students to grow, flourish and reach their full potential. As part of living life in its fullness we recognise the importance of activities outside of the classroom.

Students benefit from a wide range of opportunities that allow them to:

• Discover and develop their interests and talents

• Build confidence and resilience

•  Take on leadership roles

This includes:

• Extensive clubs, trips and enrichment opportunities

• Music, drama and sporting experiences

• Duke of Edinburgh and outdoor education

• Careers education and preparation for next steps
